Reading this site

You do not need an account. This site does not accept client records or health information. We have not added advertising pixels or marketing sign-up forms. Website hosting services may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.

When you contact us

Our enquiry links open your email application. Nothing is submitted until you send the email. We then receive your email address and any name, business details or message you choose to include. We use these to respond, consider a listing and manage our correspondence. An enquiry is not a subscription to a marketing list.

Please do not send participant names, health details, care records, passwords or other sensitive information. Our enquiry inbox is for publication and business enquiries, not the delivery of care.

Handling enquiries

Enquiries are handled through our Sparks Provider email and support systems. Service providers supporting our website, email and support operations may process information for those purposes, including through infrastructure outside Australia. Review-only AI tools may assist our team in drafting a reply; drafts require human review before sending. Links to other websites

External websites have their own privacy practices. A link to our software may identify this publication as the referral source, but we do not add your name or email address to that link.

Your questions and requests

You can contact our office to ask about personal information we hold, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail for us to find the relevant enquiry, without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to confirm your identity before providing information. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner about privacy concerns.
